Zinda

The capital of the Wreath as a nation, but the second oldest city in the Cerulean Wreath itself. Everyone has their reasons for coming to Zinda. The city itself feels as if it's a near constant state of revelry. Monthly, and sometimes more often, festivals celebrating everything from Gods, to the fighting games held, to their anniversary, and any other good reason to celebrate is welcome in Zinda. The city is always awash with bright and vibrant colors and decorations. Roofs and homes next to each other are often different colors creating a wonder seen nowhere else on Novaura. Zinda is proudly is home to the world famous Jeli Flower which grows only in the Wreath, and is the key factor in making Jeli Wine which the government of the city closely guard as it is the primary source of wealth for the nation as a whole.
