Godbloods

Of the Arcana's Blood.

Named for the blood of the Gods running within their veins, a creature is considered a Godblood if they have blood ties to The Arcana in some way or another. This includes the Arcana themselves, as well as their servants, and anyone related to them.

Naming Traditions

Family names

For the Arcana themselves, family names do not exist. For the demigods and other Godbloods, family names are determined by the ethnicity of their Novian parent.

Ideals

Relationship Ideals

Godbloods tend to only form close relationship bonds of any kind with each other. This is because they are viewed as outside of normal society; whether due to other Novians seeing them as above or below the average citizen depends on the culture they are born into and/or live in.

Major organizations

The Arcana are, of course, the most major organization who belong to this ethnic group, but there is another known as The Descendants made up of demigods: creatures made from the coupling of any of the Arcanic Gods or their Subordinates and a mortal Novian.
