Vertical Guild
The Vertical Guild was a small group of humanoids from Quadrilore who tasked themselves with taking down the Elders. However, they apparently died a violent death midway through their mission. It is said they were the first to know the Elders had followed humanoids to Earth.
Public Agenda
Not much was known about the Vertical Guild, but they wanted to rid the Earth of any Elders who were still affiliated with Elder Elliott.
History
It was always said that the Vertical Guild knew that some Elders had followed humanoids to Earth, so they took it upon themselves to get rid of them. They formed in 2023 to finally complete their mission.
The Vertical Guild travelled to Dustbane City, when it was still popular to go kayaking across the Midway Point. They had said to some locals living in the North Side that they had found the keys to humanoid freedom. No-one knew what to say, because no-one really knew what they were talking about.
Convinced by some hope, the Vertical Guild brought their kayak to the river's source and set sail at midday. Apparently, they thought that the Elders were hiding at the mouth of the river in the Midway Point. However, no sooner had they paddled a quarter of the way down, violent storms began to appear over Dustbane. Undeterred, this plucky group of fighters continued down the river. As long as they stuck together, nothing too bad could happen.
Unfortunately, anything too bad could happen, especially when playing on Elder Elliott's turf. As the Guild reached the middle of the river, the most dangerous part, their boat capsized and the entire team fell in the river. Worst of all, the river quickly washed away any traces of the kayak. It was a shock to the onlookers, but served as a harsh reminder that no matter what game they played, Elder Elliott was still playing.
