Pirates
The Pirates are a syndicate faction of pirates and Nordic Humanoids from the planet Quadrilore. While they used to scam and hurt people on Quadrilore, the modern factions of this team exist in Dustbane City because they were sent there earlier by the Pallorin. Building their way to the top of the city's food chain, the Pirates aimed to take down the Pallorin so humanoid societies could be free of their rule. Under Johon Falkenberg's control, they also worked with the Disciples in order to get richer and have a better life.
Public Agenda
The Pirates have two aims in life. One aim is to dismantle the Pallorin and their power over humanoids. They believe the Pallorin is treating most humanoids unfairly and favouring the Shadowhunters because of who they are. Their other aim is to punish everyone who wronged them in the past, which is appealing to many people. Some humanoids may not have fully atoned for their mistakes in the Pirates' eyes, so they set out to fix the imbalance created by bad people running loose. Ironically, they end up becoming the people they set out to punish.
