Chronozone

A Chronozone (or Chronodome) is an area where the rules of time operate differently from the rest of the world. This is caused when someone with Chronokinesis casts an energy barrier over an area and sets a rule for it. In short, advanced Chronokines use a temporal ability (e.g. slowing time down) and place that power over the area. The energy barriers are automatically created afterwards.
