It is no secret that snake watch has an extensive undercity but most assume it to be sealed off and purged often. but as with all things it is never so simple. the Snake watch undercity is home to Beggers, beast and Ne'er do wells. and the city guard never seem to wprry about the undercity patrons. how strange

Purpose / Function

the undercity was used for housing the lower class cult members, purebloods, and slvaves in times past. occasionally used also for ritualistic orgy sites.
