Ostite college of Bards
The Osite college of Bards was a university in Chriskovic where the colonies would go if they wanted a cheaper college to learn how to play music or write poems. It was founded in 736 YSC by a group of bards that moved to the colony. It grew rapidly during the Ostite Empires reign over the city. It also grew popular by the singer Avalong who was the most famous bard in the colonies, maybe even the empire.
Structure
The head of the college is the Dean, he is the person who basically governs the college. Next in line is the Troke, he is responsible for maintaining order in the college when the dean isn't around. The final people are the teachers, they teach students how to sing,write, and play instruments.
History
It was founded in 736 YSC by a group of self-taught bards that tried to join the Sacoma bards college but were denied because of their class. They wanted to make a school where anyone could learn how to be a bard. It had a bumpy start since no working class citizen wanted or could learn. When the great war happend, the college was disbanded for a while because they were sent to fight. After the war and revolution occoured they started getting more students. Most of them were people who wanted to join but were forced to work as "slaves" in the Imperium. Then when Avalong came to the college she made it more popular.
