Due to the Empire losing ever more power to the provinces the power balance shifted which eventually led to a civil war.
Due to the Empire losing ever more power to the provinces the power balance shifted which eventually led to a civil war. The main goal of the provinces was to get less centralisation as many regions were becoming thriving economic hubs in their own right. In the end the Avaronian Empire was forced to give in partially to the demands as its military and treasury had already been overextended with the colonisation of Pavanor.
