A cold killer, literally. Freezing Shout is a disease that can slowly or fastly kill a person by lowering their body temperature and with violent shakes. Another common symptom is uncontrollable voice regulation which can make the person shout while talking, giving it the name Freexing Shout in common people's mouth.
