Sereung Becomes Linakra's Capital

King Tino officially moves the capital of Linakra to Sereung.

To further honor Nunir Bekeret's declaration of the Temple of Triumph as the most holy place in Linakra, King Tino officially declares Sereung the new capital of Linakra and has a new castle built in the city.
