Purpose / Function

Here, all the Shimmer within Cratos is stored and minted. You can withdraw and deposit freely from the Grand Exchange.
The Grand Exchange is also a central point for global trade. Looking for something valuable, or maybe you are trying to sell something, you can try your chances at the here to find buyers across all the 5 Nations. 
In addition to Shimmer, and Trade, the Grand Exchange has massive systems of Vaults which it loans out at a fee. Anything from valuables treasures, rare materials, or even magical items can be stored within these vaults. The bigger the Vault space needed, the more expensive the charge.
