Rin Shi

Rin Shi is the Right Wing of the Crows and head of their racketeering division. As moneyman of the Crows, the shark-like triton helps fund the dirtier elements of the legitimate Haven City Government in exchange for favors to the organization. His people are also ones that desperate citizens of Haven City will turn to when they need a loan and have no other options. While it isn't impossible to find someone who paid back the loan without much issue, it's just as common to find someone who finds themselves paying back the debt indefinitely. Or not find someone because they have disappeared outright after being unable to pay back their loan.

Week Five

Rin Shi and Calindor searched for the adventurers near the Thaig brothers warehouse, figuring they may go there seeking sanctuary. While Calindor set a trap for the adventurers, Rin Shi was content to rely on his enhanced senses to try and sniff them out (particuarly any that had been injured). He questioned what Sunny's bit drone was as it came around a corner, only for an impatient Calindor to blast it with magic. The pair ran around the corner it had come from to investigate, not realizing it was a distraction that allowed the adventurers they'd been seeking to sneak by them.
