Fennan "Fen" Nardesh

Fennan "Fen" Nardesh is a corporal in the high elf military. In his younger years, when he was still a private, he served in a company that fought alongside the Silver Falcons while Elycia Mirais was still among the elite squad's members. Decades later, he was put on an elven military ship as a liaison between their Army and Navy, representing the Army on the ship in the Silver Falcons absence. It is while the Silver Falcons were away that the ship was attacked by something that looked like a woman but fought like a demon. The entity and the creatures it summoned slaughtered all on the ship save for Fen. She was interrupted when orogs of the Tideborne Tribe noticed the distressed ship and came to assist. The murderous woman stated that she "had to leave a few alive if I want to get famous" and vanished just as Fen passed out.
He awoke in the infirmary on the Deep Spire, which he initially mistook as a drow torture chamber. Though ready to jump up and escape or die trying, Fen was stunned into pausing when he saw and recognized Elycia. He next thought he was dead, thinking Elycia long deceased, only to learn he was very much alive. He also learned that Elycia was AWOL (a term he spat out like a curse) before she managed to get him to describe what had happened to him. Telling the story clearly exhausted Fen and everyone present left him to rest for the time being. The next day, Elycia tried to get in to see him again but was informed by the guards that Fen was resting. Though Leh'ct did manage to convince one of the guards to give Fen a meat sandwich he'd brought along for the patient.
Weeks later, terror struck Fen when the murderous mystery woman appeared at a Deep Spire infirmary with the intent of claiming his head. He was narrowly saved by Leh'ct Arlathil, though the experience left him even more psychologically damaged than he already was. Matron Mother Ysri Vaerixas used a calm emotions spell to temporarily relieve him of the worst of this before ordering that he be moved to a safe place with at least two guards watching him at all times.
