Fate-Touched

Fate-touched individuals are people who have come into direct contact with a magical force (and survive) that alters their Threads of Fate, such as the raw wild magic of the Feywild or intense negative energy. Sometimes this comes from accidental exposure to while other times a powerful entity will bestow this "gift" upon a mortal. In either case, the effects are wildly unpredictable and can be either a great boon or great curse for the person afflicted.

Known Fate-Touched Individuals

Leliana - Possesses a natural aptitude for arcane magic, including several innate spells not normally known by elves.
Miratrix - Her lycanthrophy is enhanced far beyond a normal werecat, granting her several unique abilities.
Xaeyruudh - His doppelganger abilities were enhanced by a hag, giving him the ability to copy magical racial traits (unlike a normal doppelganger), such as a dragonborn's breath weapon.
