Guardian of the Great Hall Liliana (a.k.a. The Librarian)

There are many in the Nexus who enjoy exploring or conquest. Liliana, the Librarian of the Great Hall, is not one of them. She much prefers learning and cozying up with a good book and a cup of tea.

Shy and reserved, she prefers the company of pages over people, though she will not run from a conversation, especially if books are somehow involved.

Those who have stumbled upon her roaming the Great Hall will attest to her kind and gentle nature... except for the poor fool who saught to do harm to the books. To this day, no one knows exactly what happened to him... except possibly Liliana.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

As one who prefers to curl up and read, physical activity isn't exactly a strong point. She augments her movements with magic provided by the Nexus, but please don't ask her to run.

Special abilities

She can read nearly any book or tome, even the magical and/or sentient ones. Books seem to... like her... if such a thing is possible.

Specialized Equipment

She has a magical dictionary that is uniquely hers. It can define any word she asks it to, so long as it is an actual word, and it can tell her where books are within the Nexus. It also has a few other functions, and sentience.

Mental characteristics

Education

Anything she can get her hands on so long as it is in the form of a book. This includes everything from astrology to zoology.

Employment

She is currently the custodian of the Great Hall of Nexus 423. Nobody knows what she did before, nor has anyone asked. She seems perfectly content seeing to the activities and order of the interdimensional library.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Has managed to defeat everyone in trivia nights to such an extent that she is now the de-facto referee.
Her presence also gave the Nexus Naster a reason to stop being lazy and finish The Great Hall.

History

They each spend an inordinate amount of time roaming the Great Hall, and picking up various reading and/or study materials. That being said, they would often look for something that was in the other's possession.
After the 13th time this happened, they finally stopped to talk. From there, a mutual understanding was born, and communication became easier. After a certain incident, trust was also born.
