Structure

The Antares Family (The red star in the Scorpius Constellation that is rival to Aries or Mars) is the head of The Pure Stars Nebula (The nebula refers to the creation of families umbrellaed under the guise of the Pure Stars) Each family is considered Kraken and Davy Jones level families as a whole. Because of this flex of power, The World Government and The Navy deem them "Out of their Jurisdiction" much like Restricted Coordinates in Nermoni. There is a total of eleven major families that converse in an Aristocracy fashion when making major decisions that effect The Pure Stars. These families include:

The listing above is the ranking system of most powerful to weakest of the family as voted by the very families themselves. The head of each family is known as a Major and their family members go by Minor. This title, unlike most titles is attached to the end of their name.
For Example, the leader of the Antares Family (formal documentation attaches their second portion of their last name) would known as Morgan Antares Major. However, his daughter would fall under Morgana Antares Minor.
Each respected family that is the head of each house is comprised of a pure-blood family, then secondary families, finally dropping down to their servants and slaves to attach to each Family. However, the slaves are revered more as property than denizens.

Culture

The culture of The Pure Stars is nothing short than standard nobility. However, with the idea of even shadowing over the jurisdiction of The World Government, prosperity and immunity are things that make such a posh life all that much more easier. The idea of having all the property and power you could imagine for certainly is lovely. A few of the families give back to the communities that are around them in Nermoni. However, it is normally out of a noble necessity to silence the unprivileged swine that walk the streets. Only one family truly does devote to the people, and that is The Kappa Tucana Family.

Public Agenda

The main goal of most under the name of The Pure Stars Nebula is considering one's self to be a heavenly body that comes first before your own. Step on those that are beneath you to gain power. Become the very greatest individual you can become. "The Sky is no limit... reach beyond the Stars." is their motto for a reason. This is not to say that all of their nobility and extended families do not follow this philosophy as ruthless and strict. However, it is rumored that seven out of the eleven families are under this tradition and have gone as far as to murder their successors to gather the power to strive higher than the skies... by burying your competition six feet under.

Assets

The Pure Stars hold a large ocean of wealth in terms of living expenses and other necessities. They do have a PMC (Private Military Company) known as The Celestial Guard.
The Celestial Guard - They do not carry the same training as those strongest in the Navy. However, they are the fighting force that is dispatched near the plots of land of The Pure Stars, or tasked with specified missions by Family Members.
They hold a fair decent amount of power over The World Government and The Navy and can even delegate rules and laws, if they so desire. However, since the two superpowers do not try to mess with The Pure Stars, they do not abuse their power... much.

Each Pure-Blood Family carries a brand upon their body at birth. This brand is often mistaken as a tattoo, and as such, many of those considered to be undesirables will get tattoos upon their body to be near identical to each birthmark. Due to these birthmarks, many of affairs within the The Pure Stars have been snuffed out with the family history showing signs of hybrid birthmarks due to members sleeping about with one another, causing conflicts with magical capabilities. These half-breeds are known as Intraclusters or Rogues.
