Jack Finger (d͡ʒæk fɪŋgə)
Raised in the West Bank slums, Jack the Finger (later just Jack Finger) was a talented thief who eventually got the attention of Giorgio Braun, the fagan of The Mews, Westbank and Gatewatch. When the Yun Family started to move in, Braun fought them bloodily but his child thugs were no match for the foreign criminals. Instead, Jack went behind Braun's back and asked the Smythe Family for help, which started a three way war between Braun, the Yuns and the Smythes.
This ended with Braun being killed and the criminal territories being split into thirteen gangs with a loose vassalage to the Smythes. The Yuns were too badly depleted to make any further gains. Now Jack Finger, one of the thirteen Slum Barons, runs mostly dippers and window ghosts, training them with the skills he picked up from the streets. He also does special commissions from the Smythes.
