Government
As the Provincal Captial of Bretorum, Leodonum is ruled by the Governour of the Province.
Leodonum as part of the Westurian Empire is obliged to pay taxes to the mainland and to gather troops from its population.
The City contains all important govermental buildings, like the "Palatium Bretorum" and the "Universitates Leodonum.

Infrastructure
Ledonum is the central Trading Hub for the Province of Bretorum. From here there are well plastered streets to Deva, Evoracum and Protus Spino.
The Streetnetwork that was built in only a few decades by the Westurians is truly astonoshing even in a remote place like Bretorum.
Ledonum also has a Port, which is a bit smaller than the one in Spino but still the second largest on the island.
Most of the Docks however belong to Guild or the Goverment itself.

Districts
Argenti District
A common and quiet District, at least that say most of the people living there. There isnt much criminality and most people here dont fear starvation or homelesness.
Its a good life in the Argenti District.
Artifex District
The Artifex District lies right by the southeastern wall and is a district full of producitivity and innovation. Here the most renown craftsmen of the Province have their shops and workplaces.
There are also some prominent Guild present. Tools, Weapons, Furniture, Alcohol, Clothes and much more is being produced here.
Aurum District
This District lies directly by the harbour and as such is a hotspot for trade and commerce. The Westurian Trading Company has a post here as well as many other Westurian Guilds and govermental Organisation.
In the upper parts of the district you will find very wealthy homes of some fortunate traders, while near the piers under the Collis Deorum you will find accomidations for seafairers and the scum of the city.
Cuprum District
Here most of the ordinary traders try to make buisness, along the small alleys of this district you will find many market stalls for everything you could wish for.
District Centralis
Many Politicans, Priests or Burocrats work and life here, its one of the prettiest districts of the city. The streets are clean and wide and the houses are built from expensive stones and marble.
Most of the Fassades are covered in illustrous artwork which was done by artists hired by the city.
Parvus District
Also called the "little district" here you will find the highest density of the city. Almost all bulding are at least five stories tall. On the ground you will find many small stores or restaurants.
In the upper floors mostly low income folk reside, these people work as servants, farmhands or builders.
Umbra District
The Umbra District lies in the southern most part of the city, just right next to the Palatium Bretorum. The Wall that seperates the Palatium and the Umbra District also gives the district its name (Shadow District).
During most of the day the whole district is covered in shadows cast by the wall that takes aways nearly all sunlight.
There are also some rumors that the Umbra District attracts cirminals and sketchy organisations.

According to local Legend this hill was the place were the first Highking of the Celts was crowned and blessed by the gods.
When the Westurians arrived they burned down the ancient ritual site and built above it a new Temple Complex, honouring the Wesutian Gods.
