As the Dragon Tyrant expands their conquest of the plane to every continent, a desperate plan is put into place to get as many to safety as possible. Ghirapurr, the technological metropolis, will planescape the entire city away from Nasza Ziemia, putting it out of the Dragon Tyrant's reach.   That's the hope, anyway.   Acquiring the components needed to transport an entire city will be no small feat. Furthermore, with each material gathered, the Dragon Tyrant will grow more wary of what they are attempting to do. This task has been entrusted to representatives from each of the Elder Races. They go into this mission with the understanding that some, if not all of them, will die trying to give others a chance to escape.
