A remnant of the Dragon Tyrant's former empire, Atraxa was an angel corrupted to fulfill their master's dark bidding. She went into hiding after their fall for most of the 3rd Age. Her resurgence in the 4th Age has led some to believe the Dragon Tyrant's return approaches.
