Rivercairn

Rivercairn was a small logging settlement situated in the forests bordering the lowlands of Glarithia. It was destroyed by the Somatic Collective in an event known as the Massacre at Rivercairn.

History and significance

Rivercairn was one of the first settlements founded outside of the city-states after humanity gathered behind those walls. This was done as a necessity due to a need for lumber, which could not be produced domestically within the city limits.
The small hamlet produced a significant amount of lumber, more than enough for the needs of Haven and any excess was stockpiled in Glarithian warehouses.

Population

Rivercairn served as home for sixty-five people, from small children to the elderly. The vast majority of the population consisted of foresters and their families, who ranged from their early twenties to the late forties.
Out of these sixty-five people, none survived the massacre.
See that cleanly cut hole in the wall? That's probably where one of them made its way inside.
