Born Maximillian Oleander Sevaria, Oleander III is the current reigning monarch of Sevaria. Following the death of his father, Maximillian's crown was temporary held in regency until he came of age in 730 Godsmarch when, to almost everyone's surprise, he decided to be crowned as Oleander instead of Maximillian like his father and grandfather. Due to his mother's descent from the Je'rai monarchy, Oleander III is fourth in line for claim to the throne of Je'rai.
