The Kae's Honour is a system of rules that the people (especially warriors) of
Kaechaek follow. It is half survival guide for the nation and half code of honour that many memorise if they wish to be respected. It includes rules that detail how best to hunt certain creatures, the law against dreams and the code of honour. Generally it is kept as a spellbook like tome that many of the Kae carry with them. If you use The Kae's Honour to find advice on something related to Kaechaek you will get advantage on the roll.
The Kae's Honour, most importantly, details the tenants for living one's life with honour in the nation:
- Always face a foe in front, backstabbing is for cowards. Keep your cunning for monsters.
- A threat unanswered is a threat shied away from.
- Duelling is to be done with honour and no hatred, you duel for yourself, not the enemy.
- Underhanded tactics are to be answered with justice and hatred.
- Your superiors are to be respected and honoured, not displaced through malice or trickery.
