Holy Order of the Bloodied Fang
The Holy Order of the Bloodied Fang is an order of Paladins under the Adeptus Justicari that operates in the northeastern fringes of the The Empire, close to the Realms of Blood. They have operated there for hundreds of years, and keep the border peaceful, allowing the nearby Empire villages to not have to worry about any major attacks. Because there are many dangerous creatures that roam these lands, they are also in correspondence with the barons of the villages, and investigate any disturbances. The paladins of the order are very skilled warriors, able to take down any creature that stalks the darkness. They wear the sigil of the order in their shields, and it flies on the banners of Castle Wolfblood. In the surrounding villages, the paladins are respected and feared, though their efforts to protect the area are understood, they are very rarely seen, and only if they need to ask people there specific questions about the creatures they hunt.
Recruitment
The recruits for the order are young males aged 4, how the order receives them and where from is a closely guarded mystery, although there are a few myths in the surrounding villages about having to leave your second born child in the forest to appease the evil spirits, and while not everyone follows it, some still do, and the age of the child seems to match the age of the recruited children at the order. Nobody cares to ask though, as the barons know that were the Inquisition to take over the area, they stand a good chance of having themselves and their populations being put to the torch.Training
After arriving at the castle, the children meet the rest of their pack, and are then subjected to 10 years of grueling and extensive training, that will prepare them mentally and physically for dealing with the horrors of the night. At then end of this, at the age of 14, the recruits become paladins and are sent in missions under their pack leader, as anyone else would.Structure
Similarly to all other Holy Orders of the Adeptus Justicari, the leader is the Grand Master. Bellow him, the paladins are separated in packs, of 5-10 paladins in each pack, lead by a Pack Leader. Each pack is specialized in dealing with a special threat, and trained from a very young age together by their pack leader, to form comradely between members of the pack and install obedience to the pack leader. In a pack, the leader is the top, and then is the first fang, the second fang, going on for every member of the pack. If the leader dies, the first fang becomes the leader, and everyone goes up by one spot. If everyone but one dies, then the survivor becomes the leader of the next pack, and trains the new recruits.
