Planes of Water

In the positive planar sphere there exist a variety of planes in which primal water magic flows easily. They tend to be vast and deep oceans with minimal landmasses, or otherwise wetlands and swamps.
It is believed that the planes of water are in close conjunction with the material plane , and the deepest oceans on Nailara are said to hold portals to the planes of water.
