Rampart Hills
Description
The Rampart Hills are a mostly unpopulated area between Lithandel and Iriad. Due to the unwelcoming terrain, nobody was willing to build a settlement there until now. While the soil is fertile and it is comparably save to travel through, there are stories making their rounds that say there is some unnatural power influencing the area. Going by recent on-goings, this rumour might not be far from the truth. Midsummer-Winterstorms, Possessed Obelisk, Undead, everything points into the direction of something that is going on there.

Geography
Tall, rolling hills dominate the area. Some small forested areas are scattered across the landscape.
Fauna & Flora
While the ground is pretty dry, it is still very much accommodating for some plant-life. Thorny bushes, pine-trees, straw-y grass are some of the kinds of vegetation that grows here.
