After resolving the issue with Akane's parents, the group all agree that going back to their families isn't an option. It just puts them all in more danger. So what next? Chris suggests that their next move should be to find out exactly what happened to them and where better than the horse's mouth? Alistair Amble is coming to Maiorum High to make sure the school is being properly ran   When they arrive though, they find a shocking sight, a bright light emmiting from the school with the roars of various beasts. Rushing inside, the group fights their way through hordes of....monsters?   Fighting their way through, they discover a secret elevator in the principle's office leading to a lab beneath the school. Now having to fight their way through the militia he apparently hired, Alec and the group rush to the massive portal beneath the school. Scientists are rushing to shut it down but to now avail. Alistair calmly approaches the massive void, a bright holy light shining emmiting from him as he transforms into Yahweh and in a flash, it's gone.   When asked what exactly happened, he explained he simply sent it to a more secure location. With the portal sized elephant in the room addressed, Chris immediately began pressing his older brother for answers? What's going on? Who are these people and why did he have them kidnapped? Instead of answering any of these, he simply orders the people he calls "The Angels" to handle them as they see fit. The group is shocked as their friends, family and ex lovers approach. Tyler Richards, Taylor Andreas, Amber Myers and Jarred Adel all come forward and transform into their Mythos. It's clear they have different desires as Taylor immediately goes for the kill only to be stopped by Tyler who begs his nephew to just join them or at the very least forget all of this Amber specifically runs to Chris, saying that there is a lot they don't get but to just trust them and leave it to them. Jayden calls them out about the militia but Jarred writes it off as that's what Alistair thinks is necessary . As the strongest, that's his right. With the Angels not providing answers, a fight ensues between the two groups and while Alec's team holds their own, they're tiring out fast. If not for the lead scientist Dr. Julian Eos shutting a blastdoor that separated the two groups, they would have lost. With no other option the group flees to the warehouse with Eos who insisted he come along   In the aftermath of the battle, tensions are high as the group grows frustrated with the lack of answers? What's even going on? Why are people we know involved? Julian would then explain everything leading up to this point. He would explain that he was the one who discovered the Mythos Gene. Alistair appreciated his attempts to look into magic as well as science and believed it would help him find something to help him further his goal, to usurp the American government and take over the world, bringing about one nation under god. In a way. Everyone at Maiorum High was a valid candidate for experimentation with the five of them being the most sought after. Chris overhearing them was simply a reason to expidite what they had already planned. Eos was not informed of this but was already in too deep. It was only when the kids started to fight back that he saw an opportunity to make at least some things right   After some deliberation, the group decides to put a stop to Alistair's plans. If they don't, they can never go back to their peacful lives. Eos, pleased by their resolve, agrees to tell them everything he knows about the Divine Conspiracy as well as offer some experimental research he had been working on
