North Pole Post Office
North Pole Post Office is a huge facility for Santa Letters/Christmas Lists. Hundreds to thousands of Postal Elves work here to sort all letters. It is certainly busy especially due to Santa's Mission. Christmas Magic plays a part in this.
Letters, whether by smoke or by the wind, fly into the post office via an overhead mail slot into Santa’s Mail Room. These letters go, in some form, to the workshop so Toymakers know what to make.
The post office is a big room full of elves who sort through all letters to Santa. There's some offices here too.
The department director is Hugo Cristobal Esther.
