North Pole Central Archives
The North Pole Central Archives holds all information in a vault under the protection of Record Elves. Record Elves preserve these records on the grounds of their enduring cultural and historical value. The Archives have four sub-divisions.
The first two are Christmas Letters and Naughty and Nice List. These are divided by year and stored for prosperity. Each year, they are taken into the archives.
Besides these two, information within the community is also considered important. The bigger of these sub-divisions is definitely North Pole Information. This includes all documents, classified or known, about both Hearts and the valley in general. The next one is just the growing list of Elves who live in the valley.
The department director is Hugo Cristobal Esther.
