ERA DATE: 2274 PR (16,435 DR) Founded by a group of sailors that colonized this region, who some believe were pirates. As they discussed the name of their new settlement at the local pub, it was determined 'Ravenholm' was an appropriate name, given the proximity to the forest and number of ravens in the area. The person writing everything down, however, was not inebriated and misheard the name. It became a humorous local story that locals love retelling.
