It has withstood two great wars between immortal beings, and is also nearly the only city that has not come under the flames of war. It boasts the second largest population of any city in the world. Widely considered the greatest city in the world, this city is heavily defended and wealthy beyond belief. It exports as much as it imports, the morale is generally high in the common-folk and the city is even bustling at night. It is the seat of power for the Empire of Tor, ruled by the Toran royal family since its inception. The emperor rules from the throne, and has a council of experts to bolster his already formidable knowledge in any subject that may come up.
