Necropolis
Located along the mountains on the western part of this region, just outside of the Deadwood Grove, this city is filled with undead citizenry of all kinds. Despite being a town consisting of nearly entirely undead, it resembles a somewhat ordinary town. It has taverns, "gardens", homes, guard posts, cobblestone streets and other emblems of normalcy one would expect in a large & lively city. It is ruled by a council of sorcerers, necromancers, liches, vampires and other undead beings. The living are not generally welcome unless given safe passage by the council, but necromancers are accepted, and Sorcerers are allowed so long as they do not cause trouble.
