Frederick Lawrence
Frederick Lawrence (a.k.a. Pirate hunter)
A half-elven explorer and sailor of some renown, he hails from the Republic of Gwenn and spent his youth exploring unknown seas and charting undiscovered islands in the Masara Archipelago. In his later years, he became known for his naval combat prowess in the waters around Masara in dealing with pirates, earning him the title of "pirate hunter".
He is the current ruler of Port Lawrence, a port city he founded with the aid of the Joston Federation of Independent States.
