Resembool

Resembool is the capital and largest city of the Kingdom of Zentrum. This is one of the few cities left untouched by the war. Because of this, the city has developed into a metropolis of technological innovation on the continent.

Reina Altari is the current head of state of Zentrum. Ascending to the position on her 18th birthday, Reina has worked tirelessly to assure her contemporaries that she is deserving of the position. While much of her life has been in peace times, she has seen the effects of the Dead Wars and hopes to never put the country through those horrors again. She is currently attempting to open diplomatic relations with both the Akrillian League to the west and Valatveria to the North, much to the chagrin of many who have fought in the last Dead War.

Michelle Mournstar:
Lawful Neutral Female Human
Arcanist Michelle Mournstar is the Master of Arcana in Zentrum. Michelle spent much of her life serving during the Dead Wars, and grew up in a period of great conflict. During that time she truly came into her own as a practitioner of the arcane, and earned many accolades in the process. She is deeply devoted to the well being of Zentrum, but has a more militaristic view of how the way things should be run. She is one of three known masters of an esoteric school of magic known as Dunamancy.

Council District

The Council District is said to rest on the Hill of the Nine Heroes, where they were said to have met and formed their alliance for the very first time. The District is divided into 8 Massive buildings with 7 of them dedicated to each seated member of the Azure Council and one dedicated to the Council itself.

Hill of Endless Sky

This hill is marked by two key features; The Dragon's Nest and The Flyer's Port. This is also where many of the foreign emissaries are. Important Features:

The Dragon's Nest is the home base of the Dragoons, an advanced military unit known for their usage of Wyverns in combat.

History

The city of Resembool is both the capital and first city in what would eventually become the Kingdom of Zentrum. Initially the sight of a great battle between three competing tribes of humans dwarves and orcs, the appearance of a powerful dragon eventually caused the three of them to put aside their differences and unite against a common enemy.
