Burgermeister
The Burgermeister is the highest ranked arbiter of law within a given settlement within Zentrum. Typically serving as the judge of a region, they work alongside the Townhead, usually a mayor, of a given settlement to be the principle authority figures under the Sovreign and the Azure Council. They are usually elected by members of the Azure Council and are not necessarily local to a specific region.
