Iradae becomes leader
Iradae brokered a peace between two warring groups of clans in order to lead them all against a monster described only as "unstoppable." Reasoning that nothing was truly unstoppable, he devised a method to contain the creature, inventing the stasis process as a result. He remained in charge for several more years in order to ensure the maintenance of the peace he'd created and then retired peacefully.
