Guide to Moudon

Moudon is a place that may seem in some ways familiar but in other ways strange and fantastic. Set in an industrial age of sorts, Moudon is a civilization just learning to try and control the environment around them in a way that can actually be sustained to some degree. It is also a civilization that has recently tapped into a resource that appears to be only limited to one's pocketbook.
