Drackenvault

Drackenvault is the captial city of the Wyverian Empire located along the northern coast of Elskimor. Despite the major lack of major nearby resources to the city, this massive city is a testament to the power and might of the empire. High walls and uniform buildings that protect its citizens, as well as being well and far enough any nearby shore where invaders could land at their gates, Drackenvault boasts itself as the most secure city in the world.

Hall of Valor:

Half museum, half combat arena, the Hall of Valor a massive arena where the strongest fighters of the empire look to make a name for themselves. Have your memories carved in the halls is considered an honor within the country, and often leads to military promotion and prestige. There are those within the armies that feel it unfair for those who work hard only to be supplanted by an arena champion. The Empire feels however that those who lead must be examples of strength.

Unusual Transports:

The Wyverian Empire gets its name from the fact that they have mastered the art of taming wyverns that are located in the Dragonspine Mountains. While they are most commonly used for military mounts for the army, not every wyvern is able to be properly trained for combat purposes. When this happens, the wyvern is often retrained for other purposes, such as transportation. For the right price, you can be taken to almost anywhere in the empire or even beyond on the back of a winged wyvern.

Rumors of Hellion Cults:

While there has been no real evidence of the matter as released by the guards, bodies have been showing up in alley ways with Hellions summon marks on them. The guards are quick to make sure that any signs of such troubles cannot be seen, especially by any spies, the problem has become wide spread enough that the general public are beginning to worry. Why a cult would choose a location with some of the harshest laws in Moirai is unknown.

Architecture

The buildings in Drackenvault are tall and angular, giving the city an imposing and looming presence. The structures are made of white stone, and there is very little decoration on them that are not the crimson of the empire. The overall effect is one of austerity and strength, as by design.
