Ascella met Biggs relatively early on in his career here in Mythrite. As he began sitting a lot in the booth she favored. One day getting sick of it, she marched over and sat herself down at the same booth sitting across the table from him. He smiled and continued on his work as she ordered her drink, after some time they began talking and she opened up to him. Eventually challenging him to an arm wrestling contest, she beat him and so the next day he sat on the opposite side of the room. She drank extra hard that day. The next day he returned to the booth and asked if anyone was sitting there, not waiting for an answer. Since then they're seen at that same booth every day.

Relationship Reasoning
Even though they spend a lot of time drinking together, Biggs and Ascella from an outside perspective don't seem to be that close. As they are constantly ragging on each other and criticizing the other. The truth is they both hold each other in deep respect and coming from similar ex-mercenary backgrounds have a lot in common. They're really good friends, even if they don't show it.

History
As respective captains of the town and caravan guards, Galdar and Ascella are naturally at odds. Ascella sees the town guard as a cushy job for those who want all the glory, without any actual work. She also is distrustful of their methods and believes them to be involved in shady dealings. Ascella dislikes Galdar especially, as she has heard about the misdeeds committed by members of Galdar's own guard, and doesn't believe his claims that he was uninvolved. She also sees him as arrogant, and believes that his outward display of humbleness and virtue is all an act to cover up devious activities. Galdar doesn't like the suspicions that Ascella raises against him, nor the fact that she openly opposes his political rise.
History
After Galdar Rougash turned down Keiran from the town guard, Ascella accepted him as a member of her caravan guard. She became a mercenary at the age of 16, and Keiran reminds her of herself from that time and how everyone looked down on her as well. She took Keiran in as his mentor, and is tough on him in order to train him to be just as strong as the rest of her guards.

Blaine often plays music at Trysee's place, and Ascella often visits with some other members of her guard. She often compliments Blaine's playing, and Blaine's quite thankful to know that she appreciates his playing. Though mere acquaintances, they often see each other and chat with one another.
