Sprout

A sprout is a Wood-Malen who has not yet one hundred years old. Sprouts are considered young and inexperienced by near all Wood-Malen. In true Wood-Malen fashion, sprouts aren't legally excempt from anything, they just don't have the social power or experience to do most things. So has there never been a sprout Warlord or even Warchief. They just don't have the experience and skill necessary for this.
