Jhecheon

The western part of the north houses most of the Jhecheon people. These snow-malen include many famous people like Cenyis and Ureyaris Ostron, Selya Tharotas and many others. They look very distinct from their eastern brothers. In fact, they have a lot more in common with the southeastern human islanders, than with any other malen ethnicity. At least in facial features that is. Their skin tone is much lighter, and they usually have pale white, or at least blonde hair. The latter being pretty rare.
