Serekela

The Serekela are Larani Archbishops who are responsible for a sub-region within a primacy.

They are appointed by the Pontiff and report to the regional Lirrath (Primate).  They manage multiple temples appoint Serolan (high priests) and other senior church officers.  Many are powerful landholders and some designate authority to their Rekela (bishops).
