Major Ivirian holy Sites

Much of the inspiration and details is derived from Colombia Games and the Hârn Religion Team (HRT) Archive.

Ilvirian holy sites are scattered throughout Hârn, although they seem more concentrated in the North with the majority Jarin culture being enthusiastic Ilvir Worshipers.

Major Holy Sites of Ilvir

Araka-Kalai, Ilvir's Tower, Ilvir's Pit, and the Temple of the Ochre Womb. This is the holiest site in the world for worshipers and has been for over 1,500 years. Ilvir is said to dwell in the caverns under the pits.

Temple of the Order of Sudelrhynn the Bearer of Loam in Leriel in the Kingdom of Orbaal. This is the home of the religions most senior Ilvirian Cleric, the closest thing to a Pontiff.

Temple of the Order of the Yellow Hand in Kelapyn-Anuz (City of Tashal) in the Kingdom of Kaldor. This order is searching the ancient under-city Kelapyn-Anuz for the holy book called 'The Scant Illumination of Vision".

Temple of the Order of the Seafarer Ibenis in Shiran in the Thardic Republic. It is the main mustering place for pilgrimages to Araka-Kalai from western Hârn.

Orhai-Cia shrine in the Hefiosa hills of the Thardic Republic. Home to the Order of the Children of the Blind Serpent, a sect of blind monks.

Mynwinat Nonah, the Trolls graveyard, a shrine, near Ternua in the Kingdom of Kaldor, The origin of the structure is unclear, it looks like Khluzdul construction with a snake motif wrapping around it, reputable with the head of the snake holding a large black stone in its jaws. However, legends say this site was home to a civilized, peaceful colony of trolls and other Ivashu. Apparent the centerpiece of the shrine was the Heart of the Forsaken, an artifact that made the most violent Ivashu passive. This was broken in two when the Ivashu were slaughtered by rampaging orcs during Lothrim’s time. The Temple was raised, but rebuilt at least in part in recent years, financed by Baron Tarmas Verdreth who traces his ancestry back to Jarinese kings.

Bwytur Elyged, also called Vlastar's point near Wethom in the Kingdom of Orbaal. Coastal rock formation shaped like a crude Vlastor with mouth open and outstretched to the sky. In mid-summer standing between a pair of nearby worked stones, you can see the Vlastor devours the sun as it sets.

Gerflun Siurf, Ruined temple of the glowing serpent near Quimen Keep in the Kingdom of Orbaal. This temple was built in rocks face and its centerpiece was the revered glowing statue of Ilvir. This statue seems to absorb the sun's light during the day and glows with a yellow-green light at night. The Temple was vandalized, and the statue damaged by the Sisterhood of the Crimson Dancer when they seized Quimen in 701TR. Pilgrims are usually killed or enslaved if caught.

Temple of the Order of Meamyt of Pyryn on Askellin Isle, of the coast of Arathel in the Kingdom of Orbaal. Meamyt is said to be over 100 years old and still alive and making incredibly accurate or obscure prophecies.

Graig au hynafol, a 6-sided pyramid, near Karveth in the Kingdom of Melderyn. Used a mixture of rough-cut stone. Each side has limestone panels painted with Ilvirian symbolism.

Blood of Obsidipor, an ancient site along Wreakers bay near Sarkum the Kingdom of Kanday. According to folklore, this was the location one of the Ilvirs most powerful servant's, Obsidipor was killed by the Adaenum Demigod Manaclir in an epic battle. A section of Chalk Cliffs on the Wreaker bay looks like a red-brown blood stain on the white chalk.
