The Fool
The Fool is an illicit clandestine organization based in the city of Silverward. Generally speaking, they deal in information and fund their charitable operations through the targeted burglary of valuables from the city's upper classes. The proceeds go to fund their organization and to provide support to the poor and the refugees on the outskirts town.
Nobody, except for a select few, know who The Fool actually is. Most assume that it is a single person committing all the burglaries. Only members of the group, and a select few trusted allies, know the truth.
Public Agenda
According to Silverward Magistrate's office, law enforcement, and the city's wealthy, The Fool is a criminal mastermind that terrorizes the fine citizens of Silverward for personal profit only. However, according to the refugees and the poor of the city, The Fool offers hope and charity where none is offered otherwise.
History
The Fool was born out of their leader's, Jencerys Paren, experiences in Elderburgh years before. She quickly learned the power of information, and vowed never to be without it again. That, coupled with her time and experiences in Silverward, have led her to create this organization.
