Dr. Kaleena Novak is a gnomish medical doctor living in Castleport. Like many of her kind, she is a fast talker and full of theories. She has applied her natural engineering talent to the living body and often treats injuries or illnesses as malfunctioning gears and sockets.

She, like many gnomes, came from an engineering background and made the decision to switch to medicine after helping an injured adventurer. Her engineering experience, coupled with her medical training, has allowed her to view injuries and illnesses as little more than malfunctioning parts.
Employment
Dr. Novak earned her medical degree from the Apothecaries' College in Arrowport in 1406. In 1414 she moved to Castleport where she set up her current medical practice. Since then, she has worked as one of a handful of medical professionals in the town to help heal injuries and comfort the sick.
