Identifying Characteristics
Jhazaal is a Tabaxi, a cat-like people which are extremely rare in these parts. As such, she has a tendency to slink around and engage in cat-like behaviors, such as dragging her tail across surfaces - or people. Her deep orange fur stands out in a world of non-furred people, and she often garners looks and comments from others who have never seen a Tabaxi before.

Jhazaal was born and raised in Castleport. She tries to travel as much as she can, but her responsibilities as owner of a large fishery make it challenging. However, one of her favorite places to visit is the nearby city of Arrowport, as she has distant cousins there.
Employment
Jhazaal is the owner of a fishery in Castleport in the dock district. She owns the building and collects a modest usage fee from the fishermen who employ its facilities. Prior to her ownership of the fishery, Jhazaal worked as a fisher herself. She still goes out on her small fishing vessel from time to time, but mainly she just rents it out for small expeditions.
