Pre-Warp Civilizations

The Milky Way is home to hundreds of billions of humans and near-humans in the Milky Way, and tens of thousands individual cultures, ethnicities and subraces scattered throughout. Of the uncountable billions living the galaxy, most live on pre-warp planets; some of these adhere to similar cultural values and traditions as those in the Empire, while others vary wildly from what is considered 'normal' by the galactic community. This an umbrella article for these more obscure ethnicities and cultures, encompassing the majority of pre-space denizens of the Milky Way, more significant, warp-capable, civilizations will have their own articles, and civilizations included herein may also be given their own articles if it is appropriate.
