High Elves

The Elves, known as the Medonian Empire named after Emperor Ellisar Medon II, live in the woods and have an innate grasp of the arcane arts and subterfuge. They are always looking for reasons to show off, falling into the chip on their shoulder stereotype. They are also great builders known for their intricate architecture and crafted wares to include, wood, leather, and magical items. If you find yourself in unfamiliar woods, you may find yourself at the end of a spear before you can hear the Elf behind it. They currently reside in the eastern hemisphere of Midterra, which is known for its lush and attractive landscape.

Social Structure

Elves are known as a respectable people and value status regardless of personality. They are loyal to their own, going above and beyond to take care of each other. However they are extremely wary of outsiders and take a long time to warm up to such. They treat strangers with little regard until they have proven useful and loyal. Elves don't have much room for those who don't carry their weight, especially those outside of their own faction.
