Dark Elves
Known for their pure white hair and darker complexion than their other Elven brethren, these elves live under the thumb of the High Elves. After the humans escaped their slavery, the Elven Kingdom found a serious lack of laborers. This race of elves, previously in the working class, were mainly responsible for a majority of slave trade in the warring kingdom. Due to their lack of ability to contain the humans, they were punished by picking up the slack the humans left behind and were either forced to work or slowly die off. Throughout the years the High Elves have began to look down on the Dark Elves, slowly segregating themselves and creating a culture of superiority. In current times after the formation of the Empire, the Dark Elves are now just a hair above slaves. They are not acknowledged as equals, and in many cases are treated worse than live stock. King Medon II knows of this, yet sees no need to change the status quo. He too views them as a reminder of this monumental failure, as well as the reason for the halt of progress in his new kingdom.
