Married to Mrs. Lemagre and father to Jennifer Lemagre . A member of The Council and highly associated with the King and Queen of the Fae Court. Not a terribly likeable person, and he doesn't try to be.
He's not so much obsessed with power as he is convinced that he already has it and if there is other power to be had it should be offered to him in tribute.
